Hi, I’m Julia, the owner and baker behind Julia Eve Baking! My journey with baking began at the age of 12, but it wasn’t until COVID that my passion truly flourished. With time on my hands and a love for creating in the kitchen, I knew baking was more than just a hobby. I made the decision to leave college and enroll at the Institute of Culinary Education, where I completed the Baking & Pastries Program to refine my skills and turn my dream of owning a baking business into reality.
After finishing school, I moved to Mammoth Lakes, a town that has held a special place in my heart since childhood. Over the past year, I’ve worked to perfect my recipes for high-altitude baking and hone my craft so I can create beautiful cakes in the most beautiful place in the world! I’m so excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to bake unique, personalized, and most importantly, delicious cakes for our community.
